June 19, 2001 - Squadron 13's Captain Frank Johnson
(pictured at right) receives a rare National Commander's Commendation
from Group Chaplain, Commander Berger, for service beyond the call of
duty.
Following the sudden loss of Squadron 13's Major Richard
Randle, Chaplain Johnson served as a liaison between the Randle family
and CAP. Chaplain Johnson also presided at Major Randle's memorial.
